Information
- No refunds are given for late arrivals
or early departures
- Rates quoted are per day
- Rates are for single or double occupancy
- Rates are based on a required two night minimum stay
- Rates are subject to a 10.75% state and local sales and
occupancy tax
- Rates for the Inn and the Treehouses of the Inn include
a full breakfast
- Rates for the Cabins do not include breakfast
but for an additional cost you may have it delivered
- No gratuity for services is included or automatically
added to your charges
- A 10% reduction in rates
is always afforded for stays of five nights or longer

A 15% reduction in rates is
always afforded for stays of seven nights of longer
- $35 per night for each Inn or Treehouse guest above double
occupancy
- $25 per night for each Cabin guest above double occupancy
- Rates are lower Sunday through Wednesday except during
Holiday periods
- Rates are higher Thursday through Saturday
- Season rates are the lowest
rates, January 2 through May 1
- High Season rates are the
highest rates, May 2 through January 1
- Families with children and young adults are welcome in
Cabins
- Families with young adults are welcome in the Inn and
the Treehouses of the Inn
- All accommodations have a maximum occupancy
- Most accommodations are scaled for two persons, some for
three to six persons
