Fire Mountain Estate & Club is likely the most perfect location to host any event, retreat, family reunion, class reunion or business meeting. The 20 acre estate can comfortably accommodate 42 guests on site with room to add additional sleeping arrangements. Our meeting and gathering spaces are diverse. Host a twilight dinner in our Firefly forest, alfresco brunch by our Gypsy Creek Pond with waterfall, Dinner on the sunset deck or Cloud 7 Club Room & Lounge. Plenty of meeting space in our Cloud 7 Club room or Highlands lodge. Plan an event under the Apple Trees in our apple orchard overlooking the pond. Entertain your guests with yoga on the sunset deck, Forrest bathing, firefly forest, stargazing, waterfall tours, campfire bonding, tennis or pickleball, ziplining & golf close by & More. Highlands Lodge with 7 en-suite luxury bedrooms all with their own private balconies, a newly renovated luxury kitchen and gathering room with breathtaking Mountain Views.

Manor House & Bungalows include an additional 2 bedrooms in the main Manor House and 3 more ensuites in the bungalows. All bungalow rooms have mountain views and private decks. The Luxury Manor House is an optional add on with a gourmet kitchen, large balcony, fireplace and exceptional mountain views.

Gypsy Creek Cabins 5 individual cabins with unique personalities. 4 2 bedroom Cabins & 1 one bedroom cabin all with private porches and some with hot tubs. The cabins encircle our oversized firepit and greenspace with mountain views over our horse pasture.
